Aino Myllykangas
Aino Myllykangasis a Swedish-based visual artist and printmaker whose work explores memory, time, and transformation. Educated at Konstfack and the Royal Institute of Art in Stockholm, her practice blends traditional printmaking techniques such as collagraphy and drypoint with collage and mixed media. Myllykangas’s textured compositions evoke the unseen and ephemeral, inviting viewers into intimate, contemplative spaces. She has exhibited widely across Sweden, Finland, Denmark, and Russia, and her work is held in numerous public collections, including the Swedish National Public Art Council, Västerås Art Museum, and Eskilstuna Art Museum. Her practice continues to evolve, grounded in a quiet yet powerful exploration of the ephemeral and the enduring.
